I have spent more than three decades working in the legal profession in public, nonprofit, and corporate environments. In 2010, I established my own law firm, Forbes Solutions PLLC., which offers employee relations consulting, legal services and products to employers in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

The bulk of my legal practice has focused on education, labor, compliance, and employment law. It has also informed much of the work I do around my workshops, retreats, and coaching.
